Apparently, Microsoft has been in talks with a phone maker to make Bing its default search engine. The phone: the iPhone. The maker: Apple.In the words of Shiela Broflovski: what what WHAT?!?
If true, it would be big for Bing's eternal quest to take market share from Google. I'm guessing this is fallout from the recent Droid launch, which Apple would rightly see as a threat to the iPhone.
Who woulda thunk it.
